Return & Refund Policy

At Earth Press Nutrition, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of dietary supplements and other ingestible wellness products, opened, used, or unsealed products are not eligible for return or refund.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at anthony@earthpressnutrition.com and include your order number and clear photos of the issue when applicable. We will review the request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged/incorrect shipment.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions above.
